Dave’s Travel Corner: New Photo Software &
Interactive Albums

Today, after being in development for the past two
months, our
Photos
Page
has been completely redesigned using a new backend platform. This new
platform,
Coppermine, is a significant upgrade over the static HTML pages that were being
used, dating back almost to the founding of Dave's Travel Corner in 1996.
Hundreds of photos in the photo albums
have now been converted over to the new galleries.
You can email any photo in any of the galleries as an Ecard, upload your own
photos to any of our existing National and International galleries, upload
videos, create your own albums and much more!
In addition, we are looking for "featured photographers". We will list 10-50
of your best photos in the
Featured Photographer section.
We are also missing photos for select US States and many International
locations. If you have photos for our missing International destinations,
please email (dave@pon.net)
with the country names you would like to see added and we will create these
country specific albums for you.
You must register first to upload photos. Please keep photos you upload
sized at maximum between 100kb and 300kb. It's a good idea to include the
following fields for each of your photos: Photographer, Date Taken, Location
and Photo Description.
