My film “The Last Emperor’s Home Video” offers visits to China’s best known places, including the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Beijing’s Summer Palace, Xian, beautiful Guilin, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, plus Hong Kong.
“The Last Emperor’s Home Video” can be seen on the web, if you have a high speed internet connection.
This is a free, non-commercial, streaming video on the Windows Media Player. No ads and no strings attached. I still sell absolutely nothing.

There are over 30 of my other amateur travel videos on-line covering all seven continents. Visit Japan, Italy, England, Antarctica, Bali, Hawaii, Russia, Peru, Mayan Pyramids, Egypt, Greece, or Turkey; see whales, penguins, or polar bears.

Thanks David – its been a while since we met ! I see the world has not slowed you down or you haven’t slowed down – nice to see you are still traveling the globe. I’m off to China again later this year – this time to NE China – Shenyang – have you been? Its a province that borders North Korea – and will be quite cold there soon b/c its so far north.September 10, 2012 at 8:06 pm #31509
I appreciate that you have one of the few travel forums which has neither banned my posts nor disappeared.
This year I went to Madagascar and Iceland, two new places for me. Lots of editing to do now for the videos and stills.
Getting sick, as in Madagascar, is not what I wish to repeat. Chinese air pollution, not limited to that country, also made me sick, for the second time. And this was on a normal tourist route. I know nothing about Shenyang.
My current inclination is to find places I have missed where the water is drinkable and the air decent enough to breathe.
These function as severe limitations upon future travel, but I feel they are necessary.
