The Christmas season is upon us and once again the streets are lit up and decorated beautifully to brighten up the winter season. Many cities celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season with an official tree lightning. You don’t have to live in one of the apartments in New York to know that the tree lightning of the Christmas tree in front of the Rockefeller Center is one of the most famous lightning ceremonies. Growing up on the North Pole among Christmas elves you can imagine that Buddy had quite the trouble to adjust to life in the Big Apple. An important piece of advice he got before leaving: Don’t eat the yellow snow!

He starts working for a toy company where his duty is to test the new toys. With his playful approach to his job he quickly gains his boss’ sympathy. Here they make music together in one of the most famous scenes of the movie.
