It takes you to a fee for service company based in Germany. There is a logo on the page that says only “Government Licensed”. You have to read the fine print at the very, very bottom of the footer to be told that this is a company “licensed” by the German government whatever that means. I am not passing judgment on the quality of this company’s work. I know nothing about them other than that I find their website somewhat deceptive.
