We’ll be planning a trip to back to Scotland for 2 months (Glasgow & Edinburgh) – October & November. It’s great to be back on the road here in the Swiss Alps after being grounded in Manhattan for almost 2 years in fear of COVID-19. Although Gina is retired (Executive Chef) it would be nice to be there with her to select the seafood dishes and enjoy the atmosphere. Thanks for all the info, Dave.
