Hi Michael – yes, can’t beat some of those Air Asia fares – even as far away as Australia and should be even cheaper now with gas prices falling. Sounds like you are going to be in Asia for a while- hope we can meet up in Bangkok towards end of year. I’m off to Qatar and Bahrain later this month.

We’ve been to all 5 and concur with you. However, Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka), South Korea, Tibet, Taiwan and Shanghai are the 5 on our 2015 list. As long as Air Asia Airlines continues its discounted fares from our home base in Bangkok we should have 4 off our list and be in Japan for the Spring cherry blossoms.
