Looking for an AI, adults only… help?

Hi, my husband and I are looking for a nice relaxing week to break up the craziness of the holidays… we’ve been to Cancun a few times and really enjoy it, but would like to check out Cozumel this time. I’m starting from square one on the planning, so would appreciate any recommendations on a nice AI resort with a decent beach, but that is for adults only (sorry – no offense to those with kiddos). Any suggestions? Neither one of us are certified to dive, but would be interested in doing the resort certification/dive trip. Thanks in advance!

Its been a few years since I’ve been to Cancun and Cozumel – I know Melia is a nice resort. Have you considered other areas in the Caribbean? I just returned from a fantastic time in Jamaica – and stayed at Secrets Resort, Wild Orchid in Montego Bay. If you are open to other places, that would be a nice place to check out 🙂
