During all these, one of the most important things that took place in my life is traveling. Traveling different countries, known and unknown places, mountains, oceans, volcanoes, caves … !! Exploring various architectures, cultures, people, traditions and the list goes on.

I am an Italian software engineer with an insatiable wanderlust. I’ve been lucky enough to explore the world, from Europe to America to Asia, and I’m here to share my adventures with you!

My name is Ed Amoroso, and this is just the beginning. I would like to welcome you to my site, as I work to explore this new avenue of my life. With this website, I hope to share some great stories, info, and tips as I travel all over the world. Like many people out there, I have a full-time job, so I am unable to travel for a long duration. It is my hope this website will inspire those like me, who have a wanderlust, and an curiosity for this great world to book that trip. Join me, as I dare to explore, and follow my dreams.

Myself and wife are 40+ travellers. We have travelled to USA, Europe, several Pacific Islands, Australia and of course we get to travel around New Zealand. We try to travel at least twice a year if we can. This year we are off again so this time we thought we would do a Travel blog.

Travelrope initially started out as a humble blog on Tumblr. Post a number of articles, I felt that I can perhaps ease the process of building trip itinerary by sharing my travel experiences as well as other travellers’ who contribute their stories to Travelrope. Travelrope has no longer remained a place just for travelogues as I also wanted to share what goes on in the lives of the many who have been inspiring to a whole lot of people out there. That is how Inspire Me Series was born.
