Victoria Allman has been following her stomach around the globe on yachts for ten years. She is culinary trained at both the Stratford Chef?s School in Canada and the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Her pursuit of food knowledge has led her into kitchens in Hong Kong, England, Vietnam, Tahiti, South Africa, the Caribbean and Nepal.

I am a graduate of William and Mary in Anthropology and Classical Studies who isn’t ready to ‘grow up’ and ‘get a job.’ Instead, I want to travel and discover the world. I love experiencing new cultures. Also, I love eating and have recently started cooking.
