Description:
Takhob is the Thai word for this fruit (not sure what it
translates to English). This wispy leaved tree produces this delicous very
small fruit (size of a blueberry). Inside are what appear to be hundreds of
tiny seeds embedded among a translucent pulp. The skin of the fruit is green
until they turn red and at that point they are ready to eat. Very very
sweet! |

in Bandar Seri Begawan in Brunei - when soft this fruit is ripe, slightly
sticky on the outside, very sweet on the inside! |
