DaveThis hotel (Sawasdee House) reportedly does *not* allow Thai people to stay here. In fact they won’t even allow Thai people into their hotel to look at the rooms. Do NOT stay at this hotel and spread the word. They are located at 147 Soi Rambutre, Chakrapong Rd., Chanasongkram, Bangkok 10200

Lucky FarangAgreed. Most of the fancy GH on/near Khosan don’t allow Thais.
That sucks and those who play that game ought be boycotted.
Sawadee GH is a mega-plex operator in/near Khoasan — running 3-4 guesthouses.
So hit them in the pocketbook mates!!!
AnyCan just agree … this hotel is unacceptable! It seems very inviting, pompous and comfortable if you see the big and beautiful lobby. But just the fact that Thai people are not welcome is sad enough!! In addition rooms are tiny and not very clean. You reach them through a very narrow hall. Cockroaches bear company in lonely nights as well!
Don’t stay in Sawasdee House!
