I just found a new site for last minute ski travel. They only have one resort (Smugglers Notch Resort) listed at this point but I emailed them and found out that Sugarbush and Jay Peak should be coming on line soon.
The prices listed for Smugglers are great, only $109 + tax per person per night including lifts and lodging – not bad considering that the lift ticket is $68 per day. I’ve been to Smugglers and the slopeside condos are really nice – full kitchen too. My unit had a fireplace too but I am not sure that all have them.
They also said that the last minute specials (10 days prior to check in could be as much as 20% less!
