FranzDid anyone book with asia web direct in phuket? i am travelling to phuket and i have read some negative comments on some forums. is this the same company as phuket.com?
OwenYes I did book with them. What I found strange that they are closed after 5 PM. I wanted to ammend my booking but could reach no one in the asia web direct office. Very odd and annoying. So I lost one night stay. Also their staff was not very helpful when I contacted them 2 days later from Phuket.
