Shannonwas at the Kings Beach art fair on July 4th. There was a K-9 Headgear booth that sold hats for dogs. There were live dogs at the booth, and I’m convinced they were drugged. (so they would lay still and “sleep” with the hats on and look cute). I am very upset by this, trying to find out who to contact to look into this. Any ideas?
