Whoever said it was the end of the three-hour lunch may have to eat their words. An exciting new concept that combines cultural training with gastronomy has hit Paris: The Three-hour Lunchtime Seminar. Over a gourmet lunch at an upscale Paris restaurant, participants are immersed for 3 hours (typically from 12 noon til 3 p.m.) in a range of topics of their choosing – everything from navigating a French meal (and “eating French”), communicating and conducting business effectively in France and with the French, to entertaining and decorating with a “French flair.” There’s one for women only, SEX AND THE ART OF THE FRENCH WOMAN, and another, L’ART DE VIVRE, the most popular. Visit http://www.thefrenchside.com for more info.
