DaveI’m heading down to Peru next month and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good hotels in Lima, Arequipa, and Cuzco.
Thanks.

ElliottHi, I am a surfer boy and student from Peru, I grew up on a beach in Peru Called Costa Verde which is warm in the summer and cold in winter. The waves are mostly point breaks with really long rights and lefts.if u visit me I would teach u how to Surf off the beach
I visit alots of places in Peru, so i can tell you the food is great we have great beaches north of lima, like mancora, chicama, pacasmayo with great waves. Chicama has for me the longest wave in the world, 43 kilometers south of lima you can find pico alto with waves from 8 to 10 meters.
If you are interested contact me.
DaveI just returned from several weeks in Peru. What a country!! I will return in March/April of 05 to visit the areas that I missed this past trip. Huarez is one of those areas, to the north of Lima. It has been compared to Chamonix in France and the Swiss Alps. There is supposed to be incredible climbing and trekking in this area. I can’t wait to return!
