Sailing from Ghana to South Africa

Hi all

In January my girlfriend and I wish to trael from Ghana to SA. We want to do it by boat, any sort of boat but there doesn’t seem to be many (in fact any) options. Does anyone have any ideas?
Some time in the future we want to sail from Kenya to India and India to Australia, any ideas on those?!
