travel to paris,Belgium & Amsterdam

We are planning a trip to Paris,Belgium and Amsterdam in June or July for 12 days. What is the best way to travel between countries.
e days in Paris,2 in Belgium and 3 in amsterdam. Any suggestions on where to stay in Paris.

Don’t have any suggestions for Paris stay – I found a reasonable place to stay at not far from the Eiffel Tower the last time I was in Paris – I used trains to get around between Belgium and Luxembourg – expensive but clean, modern and fairly fast – a cheaper way to get around is via RyanAir
