Traveling w/ NETC tour in may.

I will be traveling w/ NETC, leaving late may, for a 16 day Mediterrean Cultures tour. We will be going to Rome, Florence, Monaco, Barcelona, Madrid, and Paris. I have never been to Europe before and have never traveled w/ a group. I am interested in hearing any and all advice from anyone who has had experiences w/ NETC and or European trips w/ students. What was your experience w/ NETC?? What did you enjoy the most?? the least?? Any advice about packing or traveling to Europe? Will we be able to do laundry at all?? What were the tours like?? The food?? The hotels??
What kind of shoes do you recommend?? Type of clothing…shorts, capris, pants???
