I began my career in Food and Travel Writing and Photography in 2001 and a global jaunt to more than 50 countries ensued and keeps ensuing. I have spent much of the new millennium getting lost in Latin America and Southeast Asia, while living semi-permanently in Lima, Peru and the US.
