Santa Barbara, CA – Radio Stations

Previous Page
Next Page

santa-barbara-beach The following is a list of radio stations in the Santa Barbara area and also stations that you are able to hear in Santa Barbara, but originate out of Los Angeles.

We make a concerted effort to keep this page updated as radio stations are constantly changing format or locations on the dial. Email Dave if you have any updates for this page.

Select AM stations:
Station Area Type of Music
KFI 640 LA More stimulating Talk Radio!! “Exposing the News!” One of our favorite AM stations.
KMPC 710 LA Sports News & Talk
KABC 790 LA News and Talk
KRLA 870 LA Oldies
KTMS 990 SB Talk
KTNQ 1020 LA Spanish
KNX 1070 LA News and Talk – This is an amazing station, we’ve heard it during the mid afternoon in the winter (clearly) while north of San Francisco. At night from Oahu 2200+ miles from Los Angeles in Hawaii we’ve heard KNX coming in on our cheap rental car radio. This was the ONLY USA mainland station we could even pick up. Wow!
KZSB 1290 SB News & Talk

I looked at Santa Barbara and didn’t see KPFK. I believe most if not all Mt. Wilson stations can be heard in Santa Barbara.
