Banks
Banks in Mendoza tend to honor the Siesta time and typically will close around 1-2pm for the rest of the day. There are ATM's and banks scattered throughout the main part of Mendoza which stay open 24/7. ATM's can be found at the airport and at the bus station. Typically we use Pay Pal and HSBC for our ATM withdrawals. The reason being is it only costs $1 US dollar to use Paypal to withdraw money from most Argentina Banks - and HSBC is good b/c they are a global banking institution and have branches worldwide including in Mendoza.
