Angela – serviced apartments are a great way to go, especially for longer stays in the city – and with the 60 day visa for citizens of many countries, a serviced apartment would be a desirable home base.
Here are a few suggestions: https://www.davestravelcorner.com/?s=seoul+korea
~ DaveLast time I checked, Mexico is in North America.
Cynthia – thank you very very much for your detailed reply! Bummed I just left Luxembourg – would have been awesome to have met up. My sister and I were there this time – we met with one of our relatives and primarily hung around the city hopping from cafe to cafe trying to get all our eating and drinking done before 7pm! I have been to Vianden before – wasn’t to crowded when I was there; I will definitely keep your other recommendations for my next trip, and there will be more trips to Luxembourg!
~ DaveHopefully this trip will still be scheduled – we looking at August now.
Never hear of the Åland Islands until your post! I will check these out on my next trip to Finland – been a few years since I’ve been to the country.
Thanks for the mention of your site 🙂
I made it there in October last year – was the coldest i had been in a long long time! but i did get to tour the historical fenway park the day before the world series started and visited the incredible boston museum of art. love how the airport is located sooo close to downtown. other then the brutal cold weather, great city and i will def be back!
Good to know – I almost was going to reach out to him but then thought better of it. I love sailing but not under those conditions. Sounds like the adventures died with the demise of the flyers about 2014. Haven’t heard anything since.
Hi Rebecca – thanks for mentioning that you accept guests posts – added to the thread here 🙂
