The Global Scavenger Hunt is sponsored by Great Escapes. This is an annual adventure scavenger hunt for travelers that is truly an around the world event! It is held over 23 days and involves 25 2-person teams who will visit several continents and a number of countries during their world wind hunt.

The teams compete for $100,000 in cash & prizes and “The World’s Greatest Travelers” trophy. In addition this event is a charitable fund-raiser. Founded in 2000, this annual event is still going strong! Some of the proceeds raised go to their GreatEscape foundation – which helps fund schools in places of need.
