Gaumer’s Jewelry & Museum Red Bluff – If you are ever in Red Bluff, CA be sure to visit Gaumer’s a wonderful gem/mineral store and museum. This is a family owned “rock shop”; the Gaumer’s have been interested in rocks and minerals for 4 generations. Photos hang on the wall in the museum of their family during various rock hounding trips. Their passion for rocks is clearly evident once you walk in the store. Their shop is conveniently located minutes from the 5 freeway.

The attached mineral and mining museum has an excellent displays of gold, meteorites, fossils, Indian artifacts, and many other neat looking gems & minerals. Several of their specimens are extremely rare and one of a kind objects. Where else can you go through a “rock hound” museum for free! Both the store and museum are free to the public. Prices of rocks and minerals range from just a few dollars to hundreds of dollars. For more information please visit www.gaumers.com
