The Taste At Koi Garden Cafe

November 10, 2020 by Junfil Olarte1 Comment

KOI GARDEN CAFÉ came into existence after Australian-Filipino couple Clive and Sally began the restaurant in February of 2020. Situated in the heart of the small town of Clarin in the province of Misamis Occidental, Southern Philippines, the restaurant provides a cozy place to dine in for families, couples, circles of friends, or simply individuals from neighboring cities or municipalities looking for a relaxing hangout. The restaurant is also an ideal stopover for both domestic and foreign travelers exploring tourist attractions within the province.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is certainly welcoming and magnificent. A romantic marriage of lovely plants, interior design and memorable dining sets, gives the restaurant its unique and elegant appearance.

The restaurant’s interior coupled with pleasant lighting leaves you utterly relaxed. But what is more special is that it holds a “koi pond” inside, which is believed to bring improved positive energy and serenity, and from which the name of the restaurant is taken.

KOI GARDEN CAFÉ serves a mouth-watering menu of Indonesian blend and western sumptuous dishes with a touch of tradition, yet are uniquely different: aesthetically pleasing, lovely to smell and a pleasure to taste with intriguing salad dressings and spices. The restaurant’s specialties include Spicy Baby Back Ribs, Spicy Garlic Prawns, Indonesian Chicken Satay, Pork Satay, Italian Spaghetti Bolognese, Chicken Curry, Vietnamese and French Salad. Short orders are also available such as burgers, bacon, eggs, lettuce, tomatoes or BELT, and potato fries or french fries.

The restaurant’s meat and seafood always come from fresh sources so its patrons are always ensured safety and healthy food. There is strictly no monosodium glutamate added to the dishes; the restaurant’s sauces are made entirely from natural sources.

The next time you are in the Philippines, do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service at KOI GARDEN CAFÉ is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is tasty and amazing – everything you will try will be memorable. Absolutely the best. Highly recommended!
