Over a year ago I traded a corporate life for one filled with ancient history, adventure, and interesting cultures.

We are Ron and Monette from the Philippines, travel buddies and a couple of urban slaves trying to break free from the monotony of everyday life by traveling. We started out backpacking late 2008 and and we see no end to this perpetual love affair.

Im an attorney working in Atlanta with a serious case of wanderlust. Luckily, Im able log enough billable hours in the office to convince my (awesome) boss to give me some time off to explore the world.

My name is Elisa and I am a travel and photo addict with a passion for adventure and beauty around the world, always hungry for more! As a kid I wandered though the local library for travel guides, mostly about the US at the time. At the age of 16 I was determined to explore our beautiful planet myself. My trip to New Zealand and Hong Kong in 2001 got me hooked on travel. Life became a journey.
