Traveling has always been a part of my upbringing, born on the island of Antigua, I’ve been flying since the age of five. I’ve traveled solo, with my kids and with my girlfriends. After a trip abroad to Finland and Sweden this past spring, I decided to combine my two passions, blogging about food and travel while I explore the world and share my experiences with you. The blog posts won’t just be about me, some will include my family, delicious recipes, health and wellness and easy ways to always travel light.
