Misstache is…a collection of my adventures, home of my photos and special places I have been to, made for me and for like-minded individuals who have a penchant for films, photography, food, and travel.

A traveler and student of the world, I created this website to share my adventures from around the globe and my experiences working in international education. Having been inspired by the adventurous path, this site is a work in progress-attempt to further the inspiration.

My name is Sarah and Im a 20-something Virginia native. I set off in September 2014 for a year of living down under. Im currently in Brisbane, Australia.

We are Tara and Zach Brose, a young adventure-loving couple from New York City (well Williamsburg, Brooklyn, to be exact). We got married in May 2014 and we've been traveling at every chance we've gotten since.

With a severe case of wanderlust, Leah lives by the motto, “Life’s too short to live with a someday mentality.” When she’s not in Houston dreaming about travel, she’s being groped by airport security, getting her passport stamped, seeking out street food that won’t make her sick, and writing all about it on LeahTravels.

Weve been married and talking about traveling more since 2002. Early in 2012, we took a long hard look at our dream of travelling and saw that while we were making a little progress, taking a few more trips, even getting out of the country on occasion, we were still a long way from what we were hoping for. And that’s when we decided we’d better stop hoping and start planning. So we did.
