The travel bug bit me young, and it got me really good. For as long as I can remember, Ive had the itch to go. Go where you ask? Elsewhere. If I fight the itch, the itch fights back. It spreads throughout me until Im forced to surrender myself.

I’m Tiffany, an American with a wandering heart, a deep love for Jesus, and an unquenchable thirst for travel! After years of dreaming and fantasizing of travel, my wanderlust became a reality when I took a high school graduation trip to France at 17. I was forever changed, and an insatiable desire to explore the world was unleashed. Since then I have made it my goal to travel as often and as far as possible, and to date these restless feet have travelled to 53 countries and 6 continents – and there’s no way I’m stopping there!

In March I quit my job in corporate finance and moved out of NYC to travel as much of the world as I can in the next year. I have no idea where this journey will take me, but I’m ready to buckle up and enjoy the ride!

I created La Vie Sans Peur because I noticed a gap between anxiety and travel. I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember, but I made a conscious decision not to let it get in the way of my wandering nature. What I discovered from this life choice is that the more I push myself out of my comfort zone, the bigger my comfort zone gets. Since recognizing myself as a fearless traveler, I’ve driven across the entire width of America, backpacked with a single pair of shoes in Europe, and took a huge leap of faith to live abroad in China. These adventures have been some of the best of my life, and they’re not ending any time soon.
