I started travelsandmore in October 2015 with no real clue of what blogging actually entailed. I was one month into a six month trip through Latin America with my boyfriend Jamie and loved the idea of documenting my travels and photos to share with my friends and family.

Taking advantage of the traveling and tippling opportunities that temporarily living and working in Europe has to offer.

Named after my two favorite things, Travels & Treats is a blog that was created when I found myself in desperate need of a creative outlet. I am happiest when I am exploring, eating, crafting and creating — so why am I not doing these things more often? So here I am. Here I am with a blog that combines all of these things. I’m not exactly sure which direction it will head in, but I that’s part of the fun — having the freedom to be creative and do whatever I please.

I love the freedom being my own boss brings and being able to travel. Its a lot of work, honestly more work than if I were working your standard office job, but I wouldnt trade it for anything.

Born in London, raised in New Zealand and currently living in Germany, change and travel have always been a part of my life. I teach a gorgeous class of seven year olds from all over the world and live with my travel buddy and boyfriend, Max. When I’m not in the classroom I’m either enjoying a new country or a good book, often both.
