Named after my two favorite things, Travels & Treats is a blog that was created when I found myself in desperate need of a creative outlet. I am happiest when I am exploring, eating, crafting and creating — so why am I not doing these things more often? So here I am. Here I am with a blog that combines all of these things. I’m not exactly sure which direction it will head in, but I that’s part of the fun — having the freedom to be creative and do whatever I please.

I love the freedom being my own boss brings and being able to travel. Its a lot of work, honestly more work than if I were working your standard office job, but I wouldnt trade it for anything.

Born in London, raised in New Zealand and currently living in Germany, change and travel have always been a part of my life. I teach a gorgeous class of seven year olds from all over the world and live with my travel buddy and boyfriend, Max. When I’m not in the classroom I’m either enjoying a new country or a good book, often both.
