We are Victoria and Steve, a couple from London. In February 2012, we packed up our home and headed to South America. We don’t know how long we’ll be gone for or what we’ll do, only that we want to explore the world and the way people live.

Travel for me is about meeting people, learning how people live in other countries and making friends everywhere I go. It’s also about admiring the views and architecture, trying out some vegan food, having a taste of the local culture – music, art and design, theatre, comedy, dance, festivals and anything else I’m lucky enough to come across. Sometimes it’s just about wandering the streets of a new place and observing.
