No matter where I travel, I seem to find myself in hilarious predicaments and unlikely adventures. Whether thats receiving a limpia healing—a shaman’s excuse for spitting on a gringa—in the Andes, or being territorially marked by the elusive agouti jungle rodent in the Amazon, or inadvertently stumbling upon a Central American cockfight, or having my backpack slashed on an Ecuadorian public bus, the mishaps will find me.

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. If you travel, travel with style.

Christy is an educator, adventurer, photographer and volunteer who is on a mission to climb on the seven summits of the world. She is an avid traveler who seldomly lets a holiday or school break pass by without a plane ticket to a new destination in hand.

I self-diagnosed myself with chronic wanderlust in 2009 when I went on Exchange to Venezuela. Thereafter I couldnt resist travelling to Mexico, China, Morocco and all across Europe.

Im not just an American living in Norway. Im also a traveler, and as this blog has grown Ive decided to include favorite photos and memories of my trips.

I was born in Berlin, grew up in Istanbul, lived in England, Spain and now resident in Germany, Hamburg. I learn more and more about this wonderful world with every new place I travel to. I combine a full-time job with my passion travel and try to inspire everyone around me to do the same

We are a husband and wife couple (Patrick + Marie), both originally from Australia. We have done extensive travelling throughout the world, but also especially in Europe and Asia. 99% of the site is written by me, Patrick. But I generally travel with my wife (so most blog posts are are about 'our' travels rather than 'my' travels).
