6 Best Travel Blogs for 2018

February 12, 2017 by Dave8 Comments

Getting the jump on another year and perhaps seo considering its only 2017 here in Thailand, the last time I checked – here are a few of our favorite travel blogs for 2017 and 2018. Refreshingly, this list does not incorporate the same travel blogs you seen on many of the top 10 travel blog lists. We pulled them out of our 8,000+ and always growing travel blog directory that we have maintained for many years.

Bohemian Vagabond
https://www.bohemianvagabond.com
There are few travel bloggers who we have connected with as well as with Jacki – with a zest for life, curiosity about the world and a commitment to helping others, she exemplifies the persona of a traveler. We are richer for having met Jacki a number of years ago. From West Africa to Myanmar to Los Angeles, we have had some fun trips together.

Born Explorer
www.bornexplorer.co.uk
This blog comes to you from Adam and Kate – a British couple who both enjoy traveling. The site is well laid out and features excellent photography – no accident considering their their mutual love of travel and backgrounds in graphic and web design + fine art.

K and C Travel the World
http://www.kandctraveltheworld.com
Travel blog written by two friends – both with Portuguese heritage. A healthy focus of European content as well as food and restaurant posts. Separated by geographical distance, K & C both write their posts in somewhat of a diary format to each other.

Seven Continents Sasha
http://www.sevencontinentssasha.com
Sasha has been traveling full time for many years and this blog certainly shows that. With a knack for the written word + great photography + a beautiful layout, visitor’s will want to take note of this travel blog. And yes, she has been to all 7 continents.

The Untourists
http://www.theuntourists.com
Param and Shikha run this travel blog – both are involved in film, one shoots and one directs. Their site is for those looking to get off the beaten path – the un-touristed destinations so to speak. Heavy focus on travel content from India.

Worldly Nomads
http://worldlynomads.com
A very high quality travel blog run by Laura and Barry. They both quit their jobs in 2012, got married and have been traveling ever since. Home base is now Scotland for about 6 months of the year with the other 6 months on the road. Lots of adventure, destinations and travel videos.

K and C – absolutely. I always get tired of seeing the same sites listed in top travel blog lists – so decided to come up with some less known top travel blogs. That is so random you know Marshal 🙂
