The Fenix HP25R V2.0 is a powerful headlamp which is rated to run for up to 400 hours on its low mode or 2 hours on the turbo high brightness setting. We first tested this out picking grapes in Napa Valley. Features three different lights including a spotlight, floodlight and a red light. Offers 10 unique brightness settings ranging from 5 Lumens up to 1600 Lumens and a usage time of 2 to 800 hours depending on the setting. The light tilts up to 60° allowing one to carefully focus the light where it is most needed.
Refreshingly uses a rechargeable battery (which can be replaced through Fenix as needed and are sold separately). This 5000mAh Li-on batter is connected by a head strap and is located to the rear of the headlamps. A small USB cable plugging into any USB port is all that is needed to recharge this battery.
Depending on the setting, this headlamp is rated at casting light nearly up to 1,000 feet. A lockout function guards against the light accidentally being turned on.
This headlamp is great for trekking, mountain climbing, caving, setting up camp in the evening, working at night and or other dark place explorations.
