Hot Licks Ice Cream is a gourmet ice cream shop with two locations in Fairbanks. They have been serving delicious ice cream since 1986. We have enjoyed their specialty home-made cream at their College Ave location in Fairbanks on more than one trip to this great state (this is their original location). Choose from a variety of flavors including the unique Alaska Blueberry ice cream – made from hand picked wild blue berries that grow in the hills surrounding Fairbanks as well as several others that include various Alaskan wild berries. Coffees, Sundaes, Shakes, Hawaiian Shave Ice and more items are available on their menu.
Weather permitting, there are tables and chairs so you can enjoy their ice cream outside. A tent is also available for summer inclement weather.
