We’re trying to travel as much as possible while balancing a normal life of full-time careers, student debt, a mortgage, auto expenses (darn you, Motor City), and everyday costs of living. We work hard, but prioritize travel. Life is quick and the world is large.

Welcome to my blog: The World is a Circus. This blog is a mishmash of my travels combined with everything that interests me in this world – which is quite a lot.

I'm on a mission to see the world and share it with you. Having traveled since I was a toddler, I've explored 34 countries and looking to make it an even 100. I recently left a successful career in the corporate world to follow my dreams and start my own business where I can incorporate her passions of traveling, marketing, and photography.

Hello current and future travellers! My name is Aisha (pronounced with two syllables, eye-sha) and I am a native New Yorker with Cerebral Palsy. I am an Environmental Engineer by day and, in my head, a Photojournalist at night. I am excited to share my experiences with you via “The World is Yours Blog”.

'm a newly minted 30-Something with a passion for travel and food. Thankfully, those two things often seem to work hand-in-hand. I am a certifiable hotel junkie, and spent several years working for a luxury property in Orlando. Eventually, working for a hotel started to get in the way of staying in them, and it was then that I knew something had to change. Now, I put my passion for hotels and restaurants to paper here at The World of Deej.

After a quick stint to the Big Apple, I realized that the wanderlust disease had not been cured. So as the story goes I quit my job, sold my belongings, and left for an indefinite life of travel.
