(11/27/04) Today, after being in development for the past several weeks, our Journals section, has been launched. These notes from the road are online diaries that fellow travelers keep as they are traveling the globe. Visit the Journals section for reflections written by travels after returning from a trip.
Each free travel blog account allows one to post travel articles in real time and also edit any previous articles that have been written. Permissions for each account can allow anonymous comments to be posted – or restrict comment posting entirely. In addition email notification can be activated when comments are posted or it can be set to auto email friends on a “notification list” whenever the author of the blog posts.
Each blog is entirely web based, including the individual author’s web admin console. Authors can choose to have their blogs kept “secret” or have them listed on Dave’s main travel blog page. If listed the author’s blog page will be in this format: https://www.davestravelcorner.com/blogs/username
