(11/8/03) Looking to share your travels with others? Do you enjoy writing? Look no further. Dave’s Travel Corner is holding a travel essay contest.
Content
The essay must be written by you and it must be about something that inspired you on one of your travels. It could be about a particular place, a person, a country, a culture or any other number of things that may have inspired you on your travels.
Requirements
At least 1000 words – no more than 5000 words. Up to 2 essays may be submitted per person
Prizes
The grand prize winner will receive $100. The first runner up will be awarded $75 and the 2nd runner up will be awarded $50. The three prize winners will be listed on the main page of Dave’s Travel Corner – with links to the winning essays.
Deadline
Your essay must be submitted by February 15, 2004. Contest currently closed to new entries. Winners will be announced on March 1st, 2004
