I just returned from watching the sun set on the sandstone cathedral in Arequipa's Plaza de Armas. I sat on the bench with ice cream cone in hand watching the trabajadores on their 3rd day of a hunger strike. Paseo Restaurant Seattle as of the time of this review, currently operates two small shoebox sized sandwich shops in the Seattle area. With a reputation such as theirs, its a wonder they haven't opened additional locations!
