Tracing my Sacred Places

January 16, 2023 by Cecile RiphagenLeave a Comment

One of my long-lasting and still remaining dreams is to visit as many sacred places as I can so I can feel the earth vibrate. People have prayed there, laid their head on the ground or just simply sat to let the special energy wash over them. You come back different with an enriched soul and a calmed mind in an otherwise fast … [Read more...]

October 4, 2021 by Teh Chin Liang2 Comments

My mobile phone buzzed with an email alert, jolting me out of my reverie. It was from Vicki Foster. “As I am writing this, I am looking out of my window across the bay to 2,000-meter mountains rising to snowy peaks. There is a male elephant seal trumpeting his arrival to the beach with his massive nose." Interviewing Vicki was like sitting down in from of a TV and flipping the channel to National Geographic Network. She shared her story with … [Read more...]

Q. I remember when I was on an airplane for the very first time. I was so excited that I asked to be seated next to a window. The view from the plane window was just breathtakingly amazing. The bird's-eye view provides a different perspective on the land below. You have produced a collection of cinematic drone masterpiece. Costa Rica’s reputation as a prime destination for outdoor enthusiasts is well-deserved. Guide to Cinque Terre

May 10, 2019 by Adrienne ClementLeave a Comment

The Cinque Terre is a collection of 5 colourful villages built in the Cliffside in the Italian Riviera.  I've had Cinque Terre on my bucket list ever since I saw an iconic photo of this part of Italy in National Geographic. When I was planning my trip to France and Italy in the Summer of 2017, I knew I wanted to check it out.  It was the perfect stop between Nice and Florence; it took about 5 hours to get to the Cinque Terre by train … [Read more...]
