Celebrate Culinary Delights at 18th Taste Around Avalon 2024
Plus Avalon’s Premier Food Festival Returns with New Flavors
AVALON, CALIF. (May 7, 2024) – Catalina Island is thrilled to announce the return of Taste Around Avalon on Friday, May 30, kicking off Av alon’s Restaurant Week 2024. This beloved annual event, now in its 18th year, invites food lovers to explore the best culinary offerings of Avalon, set against the backdrop of picturesque Catalina Island.
This year’s Taste Around Avalon features an exciting lineup of local eateries competing for the titles of Best Taste in each of four categories: Appetizers/Main Dishes, Sweets & Treats, Cocktails and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, with $100 prize for each of the first prize winners. Attendees can sample a variety of dishes and drinks, casting their votes for their favorites.

Following Taste Around Avalon is Avalon Restaurant Week, Friday, May 31 through Thursday, June 6. Now in its 11th year restaurants from across the city will offer a variety of special and discounted meals to residents and visitors alike.
