Tel Aviv – The City That Boasts the Best of Both Worlds

January 28, 2023 by Kat FleischmanLeave a Comment

The city of Tel Aviv boasts the best of all worlds, with it's delicious foods like falafel and hummus, mixed with a rich, historical culture, and a laid-back beach atmosphere that makes it an ideal city to live in. The Carlton Tel Aviv just does that. Situated … [Read more...]

January 9, 2023 by DaveLeave a Comment

I have been fortunate to have visited Spain a number of times, both for wine related business but also to satisfy my wanderlust and ongoing search for ideal weather. I've always timed my visits to avoid the summer months so as not to experience high temperatures and summer crowds. I've found one of my favorite times of year to visit is in late Spring. During my first visit to Spain, I flew into Madrid and quenched my appetite both for food, … [Read more...]

Reaching Paradise, EMBRACE Resort Staniel Cay Bahamas

January 1, 2023 by Dave3 Comments

Dodging clouds, discovering sunshine in between and finding inspiration below I found myself on a tiny 12-seat prop plane on my way from Nassau to Staniel Cay (note that 'cay' is always pronounced as 'key') in the Bahamas. The captain briefly announced our flight plan; 28 minutes to Black Point Cay to drop off a few passengers and then a quick 5-minute flight from there to Staniel Cay. There are not many passengers on board; these planes are … [Read more...]
